I Mostafa Benjelloun (owner) take pride in my Moroccan (fez) cuisine because it’s based on traditional recipes that have been passed down from my loving fez born grandmother ”Lalla Zhour Bennani” to me.
I have created a menu for sharing and brought to the table in the most traditional manner of Moroccan home, not only that but also my highly skilled staff will be delighted to assist you with explanation of some unfamiliar dishes.
